Return to the Real World

Tomorrow marks my reentry into the real world after my return from Malawi.  While in Malawi I was on a team that was Christ focused, loving and supportive.  Although I do have a great job and I am grateful for a wonderful boss and amazing friends and co-workers, the environment is not always the most—shall we say—encouraging.

People are people no matter where they live or what they do, and my workplace is no exception.  I just have to keep telling myself that this is the mission field that God has given me and all I am responsible for is my own actions and the words that come out of my mouth, which is a full-time job in and of itself.  May I be a part of the solution.

Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
